If the machine you are restoring to is not the same one you backed up
from, then you need to use the UNC name instead of the drive letter.

For example, if the machine you backed up is called "storman", then the
restore syntax would look something like this:

   dsmc   restore   \\storman\e$\   f:\   -subdir=yes

(and you can tack the -virtualnodename option on as well).
