Guys,

Perhaps you have seen something like this before: The W2K3sp1 machine which 
holds the HP Openview ServiceCenter database is crashing while backing up. The 
backup solution was changed very recently to TSM as BackupExec is being phased 
out, but both pieces of software are crashing during backup with no immediately 
visible particular cause.

Since I'm only interested in TSM, this is what it is wrote to the log before 
falling over:

The description for Event ID ( 4097 ) in Source ( TsmVssPlugin ) cannot be 
found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or 
message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able 
to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support 
for details. The following information is part of the event: Signaling VSS 
writers that the backup operation has completed..

Any help hugely appreciated.
