Richard,

The TSM Scheduler service is running at the client. I restarted it
and the "In progress" event is still showing at the TSM console
when issuing a "q * *" command.

The research remains to be done, though, to find out why the client
schedule seems to have gotten nowhere. Using the date/time value
from the Query EVent, inspect the client scheduler and error logs for
the times, and see what transpired. The TSM server Activity Log may
also have some info. Assure that the client and server are syncing
to a time standard, so there's no confusion as to when the schedule
is supposed to run. Do 'Query ASSOCiation' and check the time window
of the schedule with which the client is associated.
