Ensure that the TSM API can see the dsm.sys file. Use symbolic links:

/opt/tivoli/tsm/client/api/bin64/dsm.sys ->
/opt/tivoli/tsm/client/ba/bin/dsm.sys
/opt/tivoli/tsm/client/api/bin/dsm.sys   ->
/opt/tivoli/tsm/client/ba/bin/dsm.sys
