That's the frequently posted issue of a volume needing an Audit
Volume to fix the condition. For research, look back in your
Activity Log for indications of database issues which may have
precipitated the condition, as that may relate to an unreliable disk
underlying your database, or abrupt restarts of the computer system
or TSM. Correct any procedural problems which are found to be
jeopardizing database integrity. If at a low maintenance level
within your TSM release, consider boosting that.
