Hi There,
I tried on my server this is how you doing it.

Option='-Domain="Systemstate Systemservices"'

And when you run "DSMC Sched" you will see following information

Next operation scheduled:
------------------------------------------------------------
Schedule Name:         TEST
Action:                Incremental
Objects:
Options:               -Domain="Systemstate Systemservices"
Server Window Start: 19:49:28 on 10/19/2007
------------------------------------------------------------

You should not use "-" before Systemstate and Systemservices.

Thanks
Christian
