from the admin command line:

update node <node name> archdelete=no backdelete=no

Then the client can do restores, but not delete backups or archives.

TSM 5.4.1.1

I´m trying to add users so they can do restores and only restores using the web client, but I can´t find where to give the users the "Client access" rights with the new and nice web GUI. If I logon with the good old web GUI I can give them the authority level "Client access".

Just thinking for the future when I´m not able to use the old web GUI anymore.
