The manuals and the "Client requirements" link from the TSM Support
Page address the basic requirements for a TSM version-release.
Within a release there are formal maintenance and patch levels, each
having a README file describing detailed requirements for that
development point of TSM.  You should have a README file left around
from your last application of maintenance.  Delve into
ftp.software.ibm.com for the particulars of whatever client level you
are running.
