If you did not specify Wait=Yes on the DELete FIlespace, then what
you did was *initiate* filespace deletion, which is a slow, prolonged
database operation involving lots of locking and database updating
and Recovery Log action.  Perform Query PRocess to see what may still
be running.  When complete, re-verify with Query FIlespace on that
node.  If you still get that rejection message, then it would appear
that a defect is in the soup.
