Hi,

 

I found that it seems that only outlook is recognizing the file, and via
web access to mail email I can't see the file properly

 

I did the following test, the report was sent to my email, so I opened
through web client outlook access, I couldn't open properly and saved
with the name "saved_on_web" 

 

I tried to open via firefox and internet explorer, and it just apear a
lot of text, non formatted html

 

 

After synchronized my email with outlook, the message appear right, so I
saved the file with "saved_on_outlook" and even opening with explorer or
firefox it worked

 

 

The biggest problem is that my client doesn't use windows, they use
thunderbird or via web access, so I need to make it work in their env.

I've already tried to install the Management console in these versions
V5.3.3 / V5.3.4 V5.3.5
