A windows admin is setting up a new cluster, V5R4.0.2.  She gets this
message in the log:

07/23/2007 16:07:37 ANS1009W An error occurred processing the operating
system include/exclude statements.

The error was detected while processing:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\BackupRestore\FilesN
otToBackup\DRM. RC = 13.

07/23/2007 16:07:37 Querying server for next scheduled event.

07/23/2007 16:07:37 Node Name: GPV

 

She can access the file mentioned, so it exists.  The inclexcl list is
in the dsm.opt.  What is she missing?
