My environment
. IBM AIX 5L 5304
. Tivoli Data Protection for Oracle: version 5.2.0.0
. Oracle 9i

I am using a DS4800 tape library.
>From the RMAN backup log, the handle piece "df_FCMFIN_1118_1" was not
created and later reported as  ** ORA-19502: write error on file
"df_FCMFIN_1118_1", blockno 9217 (blocksize=512) **

Presently, I have updated my Maximum Mount Points Allowed to 4 with the
same error
Any help ?

I am using the TSM oracle backup the following error is usually
reported.

  ORA-27030: skgfwrt: sbtwrite2 returned error
  ORA-19511: Error received from media manager layer, error text:
     ANS1312E (RC12)   Server media mount not possible


  Does anybody have idea of this issue
