Hi,
Help upd devcl
For example, MAXCAPACITY=5G specifies that the maximum capacity for
a
volume in this device class is 5 gigabytes. The value specified
should
be less than or equal to the maximum supported size of a file on
the
target file system.
Think that the part " be less than or equal to the maximum supported
size of a file on the target file system" is helpful.
Regards,
Karel

Subject: Maximum Capacity for a File Device Class
Hey Everyone,
I recently upgraded to TSM 5.3.4.2 on an AIX server. Prior to this I
had set the maximum capacity to be 63 GB, but would anyone happen to
know where I can find the maximum setting for a file device class at
this TSM version? I have found everything but the info. that I actually
wanted in the manuals, so I think I must be looking in the wrong
location. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
