The essence:
- The Unix ls command reports the current complement of the file
system.
(You could also simply use 'df' to see the count of inodes in use.)
- Query Occupancy reflects storage pool contents, consisting of Active
and Inactive files, but not Unix directory entries or special
files or
zero-length files, whose info fits into TSM database entries alone.
