It also happens at the tail of many offsite reclamations.  Look in
your actlog for "offsite reclamation complete" or some such, and then
the process goes into remote-source copy to remote-destination mode.

After insisting that it couldn't happen for a long time, IBM finally
told me: ( PMR 24044 442 000 )
