Specifying an Administration Assistant Server on UNIX or Linux 1. Find the
entry for daemon ProLE in /etc/inittab. Modify the entry to read: .../prole -p
tdpr3ora | tdpr3ora64 <Admin Assistant server name> <port>

This is interesting . . . we have 2 3584 libs (different sites).

Slot 0, status Allocated, element number 1025, barcode not present,
barcode value <>, devT=3592, mediaT=411, elemT=ANY

One says no barcodes, one says there are barcodes but doesn't show values.
Going to have to compare the 2 libs very carefully.
Again, they seem to
work very well. They "have" to be using barcodes - when powered up the lib
scans the barcodes in just about 2 min, and when we run a audit lib it runs in
seconds (no mounting of tapes to check label).
