Basically.  The server counts the number of days from the day that
the file was stored in the storage pool or was "last retrieved" by a
client, whichever is more recent.  The NORETRIEVEDATE server option
can be used to factor out the last retrieved date.

  And do I have to run a migration job to move the data from cdlb_aix
to tape_aix? Or will it automatically move to cdlb_aix after 30 days?

Automatic migration will occur if space is needed, per the high
migration threshold; but you can initiate migration as you see fit,
as in preventing congestion and delays during daily client backups,
which is the worst time for a migration.

And, by all means, assure that your overall processing can afford a
30 day MIGDelay storage pool commitment.
