[ADSM-L] DB2 encryption

TSM Server 5.3.3 Windows
I have a request from a DBA  (groan)
I am trying to use TSM to encrypt a backup from DB2 on AIX.  One of the
DBA's requirements is that he keeps the encryption key.  Is anyone doing
this successfully?  Will you show me the way or point me towards some
documentation?  Or, does anyone have a better way to do this?
