Center.
Those are usually awesome... I've gotten numerous requests and suggestions

Is this a really beneficial event for a busy Tivoli Admin who is interested in
learning more about the Tivoli environment?
Or is it more of a PR thing for Tivoli and IBM? I confess, from the website it
appears more the latter...
