How much of the Tivoli conference is TSM and how much is other Tivoli products?

I got email to attend the IBM Tivoli Technical User Conference.

 

Is this a really beneficial event for a busy Tivoli Admin who is
interested in learning more about the Tivoli environment?

 

Or is it more of a PR thing for Tivoli and IBM?  I confess, from the
website it appears more the latter...

 

What do you guys think?
