Hi Richard,
We tried something like this?
restore VIRTUALNodename- nodename
-fromnode=xxxx serva\sys:home/proj/* -tcpserveraddress=xxxxxxxxx
servb\sys:home/proj/
Didn't take the virtualnodename and tcpserveraddress options as
specifed. Continued experimenting but keep getting ANS1084E No files
have previously been backed up for the directory.
ANS1084E No files have previously been backed up for

We'll have to do more experimenting
Thanks
Tim -
Have you tried a combination of -TCPServeraddress and -
VIRTUALNodename and -PASsword?

Richard thanks
In order to get this to work I would probably have to give
the client who is doing the restore a TSM ID and PASsword
correct?
Tim
The "TSM ID" is the VIRTUALNodename, and you provide the password for
the node - which the node administrator can change thereafter to
prevent further use by the borrower after that restoral.
