Nope. The TDP agents do not (at this time) support archives. Nor can you
put it on a backupset tape, since backupsets do not support API-centric
data, which is what TDP agents produce.

Your only chance to is to run an export, and you will have to export at
least the entire filespace the backed-up file belongs to.
