All,

I am sketching out my plan for running an archive session, I want to move
the data to off-site tape and not keep any of the data in a primary storage
pool. My hope is to conserve space on my tape library for regular backup
data.

Here is my game-plan and my problem:

1. Data goes to the archivepool (disk)

2. Data gets backed up to archivecopypool (tape) and the tapes are removed
from the library.

3. Now what do I do with the data in archivepool? I don't want to migrate it
anywhere. I am satisfied with the copy that I have on the archivecopypool.
What do I need to do to dump the data so that my archivepool is available
for the next archive session?

Thanks,

Sincerely,
Robert N. Jones
