BTW, found this in the docs...

"If you are running NetWare Btrieve on your NetWare server (or any other
server-based database), stop the database application before backing up the
files associated with the database. Many database applications place locks on
files that can prevent TSM from backing them up. Because TSM is a Storage
Management Services (SMS) backup application, it supports database Target
Service Agents (TSAs) as soon as they are available. This allows TSM to
maintain database integrity without manual interaction."

Can't do that here, so they went to BackupExec for that server. Oh well...

Most of the standard stuff applies first.  Make sure the netware server
is at the latest service pack, the latest version of the tsa's, the
newest tsm version, etc.  tsaup19 is the newest tsa's, the newest tsm is
5.3.4, and the latest netware sp depends on which variant of Netware 5
you're on (5, or 5.1).  You may also want to make sure nothing has
happened to the user account that the tsm client is using to login.  It
needs to have full rights to the server.

Didn't find much on the 'net. The machine in question is running
Btrieve
also... Any ideas?
