Hi Shawn,

You may try with the undocumented command "show version", which will
give you the deactivation date for inactive files. Some data massaging
on the output will be needed to isolate the inactive objects ...

Syntax for the comand is : show version NODE_NAME FILESPACE_ID
nametype=fsid

Hope this helped !

Cheers.

Is there a way for me to find out when a file was marked inactive within
TSM?

We are trying to track an issue down and would like to try and time band
it via when the file was backed up and when it was marked inactive by
TSM.
