Installing TDP 5.3.3 on 64bit Linux

Hi TSM-gurus,

I try to install TDPO 5.3.3 on RHEL 4.
I installed the Api, then the 64-bit API and then tried to install the
TDP-Oracle.x86_64.bin file.
The following messages were issued and then the install process seems to
loop at 99.9% cpu 
and grabbing more and more storage:

Anyone else seen this before?
As linux isn't my "home" os it is very likely to be a user problem ;-)
