ANR9999D tcpcomm.c(779)

This weekend my server group made some updates to my 4 TSM servers.
Since then, every night around midnight 1 or more of the servers are
hanging and I have to restart them to restore communications. After
they come back I query the actlog and I see the following errors:
ANR9999D tcpcomm.c(779): ThreadId<39> No buffer space is
available. The socket cannot be connected.(SESSION: 4193)
I start seeing these around prime backup session time. Below are the
list of updates that were done to the servers:
Firmware upgrades:
ESM backplane
RAID card
Driver upgrades:
Network cards
RAID card
OS upgrades:
Service Pack1
Software upgrades:
Veritas Storage Foundations 4.3 + MP1
Dell Openmanage 5.0
TSM 5.3.3.1
W2K3 w/SP1
8GB RAM
Has anyone had similar problems with this and what have they done to fix
this?
