As a working example we use: (restore goes also to another db serever)

/fromsqlserver=S030 /INTO=ZQ1 /strip=4 /replace
/relocate=ZP1DATA1,ZP1DATA2,ZP1DATA3,ZP1DATA4,ZP1LOG1,ZP1LOG2
/to=J:\ZQ1DATA1\ZQ1DATA1.mdf,J:\ZQ1DATA2\ZQ1DATA2.mdf,J:\ZQ1DATA3\ZQ1DATA3.mdf,G:\ZQ1DATA4\ZQ1DATA4.mdf,I:\ZQ1LOG1\ZQ1LOG1.ldf,I:\ZQ1LOG2\ZQ1LOG2.ldf
