My understanding is that the only way to run incremental backups with the
Domino TSM agent is to have transaction logging turned on; the incremental
backup backs the logs up, rather than the database itself (unless the
database has been reorg'd, or the Domino server stopped and restarted).

If you don't have logging on, all you're going to back up is whatever
database/mail files have changed since the last backup. (And, in the case
of Domino, that's going to be darned near everything.)
