We have a few novell servers we archive once a month, export the archive data
in the filespace, then the delete the archive data.

Just note it deletes ALL the archive data in the filespace.

would something like:
delete filesp mymailserver MAILFS\VOL1: type=archive
be helpfull?

filespace name is case sensitive and then don't forget about the whole unicode,
nametype, fsid thing for windows hosts.

I know that I can delete archives via the Backup-Archive GUI using the
Delete Archives option.

Is it possible on a linux server to also delete these at a command line
level?
