Afternoon all



                We are currently contemplating the best way forward in a
data refresh test at a remote site onto a node that is running the same
version of AIX 5.3.* and TSM 5.2.6



Our three scenarios we are contemplating are a backup set, image backup and
group backup.

The pros and cons of both the backup set can be created from the backup
server and image from the client.



As the site on which we would like to perform the refresh does not have a
concurrent TSM server so we would have to do a db restore so the image or
the backup set could be read. There also only a stand alone a single drive
to restore the data from.



Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
