What command did you use to restore the database?

Increase your recovery log. It looks like you did not assign enough space.

After disaster on my TSM Server I've installed on new machine new TSM
server, copied device configuration and volume history file.
I've created new db and log with enough space for db and log.
I run the restore db from tape (actual db backup) and from disk (earlier db
backup). For both restoration I've the same result:

C:\Program Files\Tivoli\tsm\server>dsmserv
