If you check the folder that the TSM Operational Reporting software runs in
- usually the C:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\Console directory, you should find
a file with your daily report name with an ".in" extension. An example is
<servernameReptDailyReport.in>.

Edit this file and you will see what and how the report is generated. At my
site the select statement is:
 "select count(*) as RW from volumes where (status='FULL') AND
(pct_utilized<48)"

So the reclamation warning is for any volume with a status of FULL and is
under 48% utilized.  I believe that is the default setting.  So if you look
at the volumes that meet these criteria you should notice the problem
causing it or you can change the limits in the Operational Reporting
settings.
