I have a windows server that backs up to an AIX tsm server.

The windows box has a 1gb adapter, yet we don't run a gig connection to
the tsm server.

The 'link speed and duplex' is set to 1000full.....and I'm seeing long
wait times on backup.

Shouldn't the link speed and duplex be set to 100/full???
