Can't unistall tdp for r3

My machine is P5 550,AIX 5.3ML02,tdp for r3(oracle) 5.3.1,TSM client is 5.3.0.
With lppchk -v,the output as follow:
lppchk -v 
lppchk: The following filesets need to be installed or corrected to bring 
         the system to a consistent state: 
all the tdp filesets be listed.
And the uninstaller.bin uninstall tool can't uninstall it,installp -C can't 
uninstall it also.Now I want to  update tdp,how can I uninstall it?Thanks!
