Yes, I would exclude it since MOM has it locked. It is an exclude in our
client option set (we use MOM enterprise-wide). I'm also backing up the
SQL databases on the MOM servers.

Goran - This may be a locked, rather than open, file.
         This may be one of those problematic files which need to be
excluded from general backups, to be backed up by some means
prescribed by the subsystem which is managing them.
