TnnnnnL2 will work.
Look in the 3584 Intro & Planning guide under "Ultrium Bar Code Label"
for specs.

8 chars must be uppercase alphameric, with the last 2 being L2 (for
LTO2).
So you can use any comb. of letters & numbers you want for the 1st 6.
Pretty colors available.

Additional specs in the book on label width, etc.
But anyone you order custom bar codes from will know what LTO2 bar codes
look like.
