There is not an easy way to do that.
A management class is NOT in use, if there is no file bound to it.
The only place to get that information is to run a SELECT on the entire
BACKUPS table, and that can take a very long time.

I'm trying to figure out what management classes are being used. I want
to delete the ones that are not in use. I haven't been able to find the
