We have the same problem too, these are different reports since timing
info is slightly different. I tried uninstalling, deleting the tor
installation folders and registry keys and then reinstalling to no avail.

Interestingly enough when I reinstalled the product it already found the
tsm servers i had defined last time. So I deinstalled again and really
made sure nothing was left, searched for the servernames (as it was
defined in tor) in the registry and the hard drive but found nothing.
Then reinstalled the product again and the servers where again there
(grrr). The double reports also kept coming, Here i gave up for now.

someone any idea's

Recently we started receiving duplicates of all our Tivoli Op Reporting
daily reports, and I cant figure out why. We havent modified TOR in months.
I checked for duplicate services running, etc, but nothing obvious shows up.
Can someone point me in the right direction on where to start diagnosing
this thing?

Are you certain that the messages in question are actually different messages?
(i.e. different message IDs, slightly different times, etc.)

Most of our repeat-send problems involve some mail gateway that's developed
indigestion.
