I had errors like that, when there was no license file (agent.lic)
available.

hi,
I'm trying to set up tape backup for oracle db server via tdpo. installing
tdpo and setting up the passwordfile is successfull.

testing to write data to tsm fails with

RMAN-03009: failure of allocate command on ch1 channel at 10/27/2005

ORA-19554: error allocating device, device type: SBT_TAPE, device name:
ORA-27000: skgfqsbi: failed to initialize storage subsystem (SBT) layer
SVR4 Error: 2230: Unknown error
Additional information: 7011
ORA-19511: Error received from media manager layer, error text:
   SBT error = 7011, errno = 2230, sbtopen: system error

has anyone experience in fixing that...? exists an overview for all the
different 'errno'?
