That is what I am thinking, but however when I reboot the TSM server to
a Windows Partition, without TSM, I can view the  web page and Telnet on
port 1500 1580 and 1521.  So maybe it is a Linux configuration, that is
restricting access.  I am still working on the problem.  Thanks for
everyone's help.  If anyone has any more suggestions plese help! Thanks!
 I am just about to wipe out the whole machine and do it over again.

Minor nitpick: ping doesn't use TCP but uses two types of ICMP
packets.
This could be relevant when dealing with firewalls.
