Admin schedule shows failure when nothing to migrate

TSM Server: ver 5.3.1.2
Host: RS6000
Running the schedule command 'MIGRATE STGPOOL LOGDISKPOOL LO=0' at the
console only gives the ANR4924E message. Running it as an Administrative
Schedule gives the following indications as a failure. Ideas?
