Yes I tried to ininstall manually
Th ereadme isnt exactly perfect if you have a better list of stuff to remove
I will try it
I am at the console doing it.
After it fails the IBM directory is there bot the Portal directory is just
not getting created.
I am stumped

Paul, have you tried manually uninstalling (per the README file), then
reinstalling? Also, try the install from the actual console, not remote
desktop/terminal services.
