We are working on TSM version 5.1.0.

You would then want to contact TSM Support, to work with them to
uncover the problem with your instance of the client software, They
will probably want a trace, and a copy of the core file.

But...before pursuing that course, you should apply maintenance. It's
a bad idea to stay on the base level of a given version-release of
any software, when remedial maintenance is readily available and proven.
