Searching the IBM site on the key message number involving your issue,
ANR1422W, turns up a possibility, depending upon your level. I would
also search your Activity Log history for what may have happened to the
primary storage pool volume since its creation, as a Delete Volume
might make for a situation where a copy storage pool volume is directly
called for without mention of the primary tape.
