I'll get back to you with the specific details on Monday, I'd already
left for the weekend when I replied to your msg.
I did actually contact IBM, our account manager in the end, to pass on
what I'd found. That was about 6 months ago.
Anyway, I'll email on Monday with details.

One more thing:

A colleague suggested that you obtain the Process Explorer utility from
the Sysinternals site (www.sysinternals.com). You can use it to see what
might be keeping a handle open on the C: drive.
