The last question is easily answered with:

We are in the process of testing a DR TSM server. One of the 1st things
I've noticed was that after the recovery of the databse to an alternate
TSM server that the server comes up and marks on disk based volumes
offline.

- If you do a delete vol discard=yes all goes fine but when you go to
do a define vol on the same volume the database still contains a record
of the previously delteed volume. Is there a way to remove the record so
that the same volumes can be created on the replacement server?

- Also, what is the command to suspend all scheduled activities on the
replacement server?

Thanks
