Upgrade in place to Win2003 for TSM server host

Subject: Upgrade in place to Win2003 for TSM server host

We want to upgrade one of our Win2K TSM servers to Win2003.
We are currently on TSM 5.2.2.2.

I know that TSM 5.2 is supported on Win2003, but I've never talked to anyone 
who has done the upgrade in place to Win2003, rather than a new install on 
Win2003.

Any gotchas?
