Run following two commands and verify that you have valid numbers for
"maxscratch" and "estcap" respectively.

"Q stg I013590DRM1 f=d" and "Q stg I013590PRI90 f=d" 
"Q devc 3590 f=d"

Hello,
        Although there are sufficient no. of tapes in the prime &
offsite pool, the estimated capacity can be seen as 0. Is there any
issue? I can't find any error in actlog though. Your input will be
highly appreciated.
