I searched the archive list but found the same solution " dsmameng.txt file
missing in the server directory". In my case this file is already there.

 Hi All

 My TSM Server 4.2.1 on Win 2K suddenly stopped recognising the 3583
 library. The problem was identified as corruption in device driver.  "IBM
 ULT 3580-TD1 scsi sequential device" was installed and system restarted.

 But after that dsmserv.exe started giving   "ANR0000E Unable to open
 language AMENG for message formatting." and fails to start the server.
 Tried repairing the installation using the installation CD which went thru
 succesfully. But still the above error is thrown as soon as dsmserv.exe is
 executed.

 Please suggest
